1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 cup red bell pepper cut into cubes
1/2 cup raisin
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons ground white pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup cheddar cheese grated
