1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg white
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons wine vinegar
4 dozen siu mai wrappers
