- 1 cup ground pork (or any other kind of meat you like)
- ¼ cup of chopped prociutto ham
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped basil
- 1 egg
Chili powder, ground nutmeg, salt and pepper to season.
For the batter:
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
1-2 eggs beaten
