  • Some fresh basil leaves

  • 5 black olives

  • A handful of mixed lettuce

  • 2 tspn capers

  • 1 tbspn olive oil

  • 1 tbspn pasta water

  • Some crushed red peppers

  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt & Pepper
