Moroccan Flapjacks Recipe

Ingredients

  • zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 80 g soft brown sugar
  • 80 g jumbo oats
  • 170 g porridge oats
  • 100 g plain wholemeal flour
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 g seeds of your choice (I used a mixture of pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds)
  • 80 g fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 80 g raisins and currants
