Turkey Koftas With Glazed Red Cabbage

Ingredients

Ingredients For the turkey koftas
  • 150g/5½oz turkey mince

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the cabbage
  • 25g/1oz unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ½ onion, chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

  • ½ small red cabbage, sliced

  • ½ apple, peeled, cored and chopped

  • ½ miniature bottle port

  • 2tbsp brown sugar

  • 2tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
