  • ½ tsp of chilli flakes

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 175g/6oz swordfish steak

For the salsa
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

  • 1 lime, juice and zest only

  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

  • pinch of sugar

For the herby couscous tomatoes
  • 1 tomato, cut in half

  • 50g/1¾oz couscous, cooked according to packet instructions

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
