Pumpkin Yeast Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 package dry yeast (about 1 1/8 teaspoons)
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/8 cup warm fat-free milk (105 to 115)
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour, divided
  • 1/8 cup stick margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 large egg (Note: Just scramble one egg in a dish and pour half into your recipe)
  • Cooking spray
