Asian Steak Salad with Cucumber and Napa Cabbage

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 16 ounces trimmed flank steak
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 head Napa cabbage (about 1 pound), thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 English cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced on the diagonal
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
