  • 1 tsp. grated orange zest
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped orange
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 4 swordfish steaks, 1' thick (about 1 1/2 lb.)
