Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups shredded cooked turkey meat (use a fork to shred the turkey, pulling it apart against the grain)
  • 12 taco shells
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped avocado
  • Sliced olives
