- * 3 egg yolks OR:
- * 3 tablespoons liquid egg substitute
- * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract OR grated zest of 1 lemon
- To Finish:
- * 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- * low-fat sour cream or plain yogurt
- * 1 whole cherry or blueberry preserves
