- 1 tbsp choy poh(pickled white radish), use the finely chopped ones
- 100 gm rice flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 550 ml water
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
- fine grounded white pepper
