Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg
  • tsp cardamom (I usually leave this out)
  • cup (1 stick) organic butter room temperature
  • cup natural cane sugar
  • 2 organic eggs
  • cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small apple, peeled and chopped
  • cup goji berries or raisins
  • cup chopped cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cups coconut (unsweetened)
  • 3 cups old fashioned organic oats
  • 14 cup applesauce
  • cup chopped organic dark chocolate

Description

I Call These Hippie Cookies Because, In Theory, Most Ingredients Should Be Organic, And Because They Look Quite Rustic. They Are Seriously The Best Oatmeal Cookies I've Had In Awhile...
