Butternut Chiffon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 recipe Pate Brisee
  • 2 Cups Butternut Squash (processed until smooth)
  • 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 1/4 tsp plain gelatin
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Mace
  • 1/8 tsp ground Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Clove
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs (Reserve 2 Whites)
  • 2 TB Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream (this should yield about 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream)
