- 1/2 recipe Pate Brisee
- 2 Cups Butternut Squash (processed until smooth)
- 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 1/4 tsp plain gelatin
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Mace
- 1/8 tsp ground Ginger
- 1/8 tsp Clove
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 Eggs (Reserve 2 Whites)
- 2 TB Sugar
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream (this should yield about 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream)
