- 1/3 c. sugar or Splenda (I used sugar)
- 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped (I did not peel mine)
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. quick oats (I used old fashioned because that was what I had)
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 2/3 c. dried cranberries
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
