- 1 and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground all-spice
- 1/4 tsp ground cardemom
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 3/4 cup Splenda (sugar substitute) or 3/4 C. sugar
- 4 large eggs or 235g egg beaters(one container-4.5)egg substitute
- 1 can-14 oz- pumpkin
- 1/2 cup canola or sunflower oil
- 1 cup All-Bran (bud like cereal)
- 1 cup dried currents
