  • 4 large portobello mushroom caps (about 12 ounces), gills removed, halved and sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
