  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 11/4 cups sugar
  • For the fudge sauce:
  • 4 1/2 ounces chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla ice cream, to serve
