  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 3/4 cup ditalini or other small, tubular pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan, for garnish
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
