Ingredients
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 stick or 6 ounces) unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 8 ounces Valrhona Lact (41% cocoa) / milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 8 ounces Valrhona Grand Cru Noir Manjari (64% cocoa) / dark milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon fleur de sel or sea salt
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
- 3 ounces dark chocolate, cut into large chunks (optional)
- Softened butter, cocoa powder for dusting pan
