- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Good grating of fresh nutmeg
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Good grinding of white pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
