  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup (3 ounces) grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 cups shredded chicken, from a home roasted or rotisserie bird
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
