  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 pound taglietelle, fettucini, or other pasta
  • 3/4 cup slivered basil leaves
