  • 2 pounds ground beef or lamb
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

  • 3 cups whole-milk yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups seeded, peeled, and finely diced cucumber
