Makes 2

  • 1/2 cup fresh apple cider
  • 4 ounces (1/2 cup) apple brandy, preferably Applejack
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) dry vermouth
  • A few dashes bitters
  • Orange twists, for garnish


For This Drink, We Like To Use Laird\'s Applejack, An American Apple Brandy.
