  • 2 cups sweet Marsala wine
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (of 1 lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
