  • 1 pound Puff Pastry (Pate Feuilletee)
  • Water, for sprinkling
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Applesauce
  • 4 red apples, such as Braeburn or Cortland
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup apple jelly
