  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbs. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tbs. canola oil
  • 1/3 cup dried pitted cherries or raisins

  • 1/2 cup mixed berry jam (see related recipe at left) or other berry jam
