Open aromatic duck salad

Ingredients

  • 2 duck breast
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 pinches chinese five spice
  • sunflower oil, for frying
  • 2 large carrots, thinly sliced
  • cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
  • bunches spring onions, thinly sliced
For the dressing

  • limes, juice only
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 cm ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
