  • 50g gluten and wheat free flour, sifted if needed
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, shredded
  • pinch ground turmeric
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 200ml sparkling water, cold
  • 4 tbsp fine sea salt
  • vegetable oil
