- 120 g egg whites, about 4 egg whites
- 5 leaves gelatine, soaked in cold water
- 1 tsp orange flower water
- vegetable oil or groundnut oil, for greasing
- about 3 tbsp mixture icing sugar and cornflour, for dusting
- 1 packets digestive biscuits
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml double cream
- 150 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
