- 90 g butter, melted
- 50 g sugar
- 570 ml double cream
- 50 g whole coffee beans
- 100 g toasted Hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- tsp almond essence
- 1 pinches salt
- 225 g white chocolate
- 1 tbsp Frangelico
