  • 120 g butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp vegetable fat or melted butter
Praline

  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g macadamia nuts
Red wine and maple syrup sauce

  • 125 ml red wine
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Baked figs

  • 12 figs, but firm
  • 4 tbsp mascarpone
