Ingredients

  • 150 g apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, shredded

  • 1 small onion, peeled
  • juice of lemons
  • 450 g minced pork
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • butter, or vegetable oil for frying
For the pea and mint dip:

  • 225 g frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp mint leaves, chopped
  • juice of lemons
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 small spring onion, chopped
  • black pepper
