Ingredients

  • 4 each chicken drumsticks and thighs (about 2 1/2 lb)
  • 1 large onion, very thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon or 2 tsp dried
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
