- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon or 2 tsp dried
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
