- 1/2 cup Roquefort or Blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- COBB SALAD DRESSING:
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
