- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 small red Chile pepper, chopped (or ½ tsp Tabasco)
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup Crème Fraiche, for garnish
