Ingredients

  • 1 can each (15-1/2 oz each) black, pinto, red kidney and small red beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 3 oz each) chorizo or other smoked sausage, chopped
  • 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
  • 1 cup thinly sliced scallions
  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • 1/2 cups broken corn tortilla chips
