  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons trans-fat-free margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup trans-fat-free margarine, chilled, cubed
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust, preferably whole wheat
