- 2 tablespoon CRISCO all-vegetable shortening
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/9 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
