  • 3 cup cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli florets, carrots cut into matchstick-thin strips and red or green pepper strips)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 clove garlic , minced
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 4 cup hot cooked rice
