  • 1/2 tsp.  garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can  (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 2 tbsp.  soy sauce
  • 1 tsp.  vinegar
  • 4 cups  hot cooked rice
