- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- Filling
- 13/4 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 6 bricks (8 oz each) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
- 6 large eggs
- 11/2 cups reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp almond extract
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Garnish: raspberries, pineapple and mango slices and mint leaves
- Serve with: Raspberry Sauce, Pineapple Sauce and Mango Sauce (recipes follow)
