  • Cilantro leaves, for garnishing (optional)

  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1-2 fresh green chilies, finely choopped
  • 1/3 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Sea salt, to taste
