  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped celery
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 oz pine nuts, (or slivered almonds)
  • 4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, (to taste)
