- 1 large garlic clove
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/2 oz pine nuts, (or slivered almonds)
- 4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
- 1 pinch salt and pepper, (to taste)
