- 2 teaspoons sumac
- 4 20x10-inch-oval lavash bread
- 12 ounces roasted chicken, torn into large bite-size pieces
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, outer green leaves discarded, inner crispy leaves thinly sliced
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
