- 1 slice sprouted grain or other bread, crusts removed, torn into pieces
1/2 cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded & shredded
salt
1/2 cup plus 2 Tb Greek 2% yogurt
3 scallions, sliced thin
3 Tb minced fresh cilantro
pepper
3/4 cup drained & rinsed chickpeas
1 large egg
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 small shallot, minced
lime wedges for serving
