- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into very thin strips (about 1 pound)
- 5 cup cut-up fresh vegetables (green pepper, carrot, mushrooms, celery and onion)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1 cup regular long-grain white rice , cooked according to package directions (about 3 cups)
