  • 3/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces)  diced tomatoes with jalapenos, drained
  • 1-1/2 cups  frozen corn, thawed
  • 2 cans (15 ounces each)  cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons  stone-ground cornmeal
  •   Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
